Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following business day. However, as we rely on an external shipping partner, delays may occur. We strive to be as transparent as possible about expected delivery times.

Returns
You may return the product(s) within fourteen (14) days after delivery, without penalty and without providing a reason. Once we have received the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount.

Conditions
We only accept products under the return policy if the packaging and the product are returned to us in their original, complete, undamaged, and unused condition. Any documentation, samples, packaging materials, etc., must also be included in the return shipment.

RISAL BV is not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of the product or packaging during the return shipping process. The costs for returning the products are your responsibility. The risk and the burden of proof for the proper and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lie with you.
